We offer Ashtanga based Vinyasa Flow whose sequence draws from the Ashtanga Primary series. The Slow Vinyasa Flow class is an excellent introduction to the style for Level 1 students and a welcome relaxation for seasoned practitioners.Yoga for the backA mixed level class for people with back concerns. Focus on optimal alignment, posture, breath, strengthening & stretching. People interested in back health are welcomed. Not appropriate for those with acute back issues.Yoga MotionA fun and challenging 1 1/4 hour yoga workout class combines yoga, core work, dance movement & light weights ending with deep relaxion. This multi-circuit style class is designed to offer an efficient way to increase strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.This class was previously offered as a semi-private session and is now being opened up to all interested students.
