Driving directions
Take the LIE (exit 39N) or the Northern State (exit 31) or Northern Blvd. to Glen Cove Road North.
Head north on Glen Gove Road.
After crossing 25A (Northern Blvd.) proceed to the 3rd traffic light (Nissan Dealership on NW corner).
Turn Left and proceed under the train trestle.
At yield sign, make a right onto Glen Cove Avenue.
Continue north on Glen Cove Avenue, 1/4 mile to the corner of Willow Place.
Look for the big blue YOGA FLOW sign (salmon & cream office building).
Turn left onto Willow Place and left into the parking lot.
Park in the lot or on the street and come up to the 2nd floor.
